This exchange was just too bizarre not to share.

I'm sitting at my desk at work - the phone rings.
ME: Blah Blah Blah Architects.
HER: Thank you for calling AT&T customer service. How can I help you?
ME: Uh, you called me.
HER: trying to stifle a laugh Yes, let me check my records. (pause) I am calling to confirm that you recieved your new AT&T phonebooks.
ME: We did.
HER: Thank you, have a nice day. She hangs up.

It must be Monday.
